New Genesis Pathfinder was built for businesses that have already proven they can do the work and are ready to build what comes next.
We help revenue-generating small and mid-sized businesses strengthen their operations, improve contract readiness, sharpen their positioning, and use AI in ways that support real business needs. Built From Real Government and Business Experience
Our founder, Diana Benjamin, brings nearly two decades of experience within New York City government, including senior roles in procurement operations, M/WBE program implementation, vendor engagement, compliance, and contract administration.
Having served in procurement, compliance, and vendor-facing roles, Diana understands what evaluators, agencies, institutions, and prime contractors look for beyond a certification, a capability statement, or a first conversation.
That perspective shapes how NGP helps firms strengthen their readiness, communicate their value, organize their documentation, and prepare for opportunities with a stronger plan and a clearer path forward.

Diana Benjamin is the founder of New Genesis Pathfinder, a business growth and AI implementation consulting firm that helps revenue-generating small and mid-sized businesses, M/WBEs, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOBs) strengthen operations, improve contract readiness, and implement AI responsibly.
With nearly two decades of experience in public service, Diana has held key roles including Deputy Chief Diversity Officer at the NYC Comptroller’s Office, Director of M/WBE at the NYC Department of Citywide Administrative Services, and Procurement and Compliance Analyst at the NYC Department of Design and Construction.
